A comfortable base for sightseeing in Funchal. Marvellous, unbeatable setting short walk to the shopping centre. Btw, located to the oceanside.

Everyone was positive and excellent. Everything was brand-new and I got ironing for free. Room was good, I was satisfied with the bedroom.

We liked that it was fairly clean. We had some drinks at wine bar Mel e Canela, situated 100 metres away. The staff was affable and nice, providing info to us.

All in all, it is chilled-out base for staying in Funchal. Affable and excellent staff, keep it up. There's views of the town and surrounding hills.

The location of Five Design Rooftop By Storytellers was excellent, right in the heart of Funchal. We were able to walk to restaurants, attractions, and shops easily. Grocery store was conveniently located across the road. The rooftop patio offered a nice view and was a great place to relax.
The noise from the busy street outside, which could be quite loud in the morning. Another drawback was the lack of options for morning coffee, as only instant coffee was provided.

we had a wonderful stay in funchal near to the centre, funchal and the center of funchal. all of the staff were excellent and positive. ordered breakfast, it was at the local bakery. the location was easy and just 5 minutes walk to living room.

The value for money at this hotel was really good, with a low price for a spacious and clean room in a great location. The staff were attentive and the check-in process was smooth like clockwork.
When it comes to breakfast choices, I wished there were more variety or options to choose from.

Brand new, modern and clean apartments. Fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Convenient washing machine facilities. Double glass windows for a quiet night. Advantages of a traditional hotel with the convenience of an apartment. Excellent cleaning service. Quick and helpful response from the staff. Perfect location near supermarket and amenities.
